IT Service Delivery Analyst: Changes in our fast evolving business and developments in our Infrastructure Support means that we have an exciting opportunity for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join us during this busy time of change and growth.

What the role involves

In this challenging yet rewarding IT Service Delivery Analyst role, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to our internal business customers across two sites in our Belfast and Bournemouth offices supporting 1,400 end users. Whether it’s software issues or problems with hardware, you’ll play a vital role in restoring technology to a fully-functioning state, by providing outstanding support on-site, over the phone and via email. Within our IT Service Desk, it means carrying out the initial investigation and then doing your best to resolve the problem and at the same time, keeping the customer informed at all times.

You’ll be joining a Service Desk that takes pride in a job well done. In fact, our team makes sure that our systems operate 99.98% of the time, answering all calls quickly and working closely together to achieve the very best results. Our professionals are genuinely passionate about delivery, improving performance and doing their best for our internal customers.

What we’ll need from you

It goes without saying that you’ll have a background in helpdesk or technical 1st line support. This means that you have great troubleshooting skills, a good customer service ethos and excellent communication skills (both face to face and over the phone). Your expertise covers service delivery and support processes; Microsoft-based operating systems, with an emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (XP / Windows 7); and PC hardware configuration. Naturally, you’ll also enjoy working as part of a team and taking the initiative whenever necessary. If you relish the challenges that each new day brings and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we could have the ideal home for your skills.
