Contact Centre Partners are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based in Yorkshire that are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join its faced paced contact centre operation.
As the Service Delivery Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring real time adherence whilst maintaining OFCOM regulations within a real time environment. The Service Delivery Analyst must be able to manage both inbound and outbound call queues and have the ability to achieve high quality KPI’s and SLA’s.
The successful individual for the Service Delivery Analyst position will have experience in working in a similar role within a contact centre environment, and will have strong experience in Real Time analysis. You will also have strong experience using Excel and able to use analytical programmes while contributing to maintaining any databases already in place.
