This vacancy is being advertised by Hollyfield Personnel who is operating as an employment agency. Our client based in Lichfield is looking to recruit a high level Service Agreements Administrator with 2 yeas minimum experience working in an administration role with excellent customer service. SAP experience ideal but not essential. Duties include:
- Controlling the Order Management Systems for all of the activities associated with the processing of a customer maintenance order
- Contract loading, 3rd party purchasing, spares review, renewal validation and processing, invoice generation and the filing and archiving of appropriate paperwork
- Providing support and assistance to the business during the customer contract lifecycle
- Communicating accurately and efficiently in a timely manner on all levels to both internal and external customers
- Providing industry leading customer services to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Processing customer maintenance orders within agreed SLA's
- Managing all aspects of checking spare stock, purchasing third party services
Working Monday to Friday either 8.30am-5.00pm or 9.00am-5.30pm 1/2 hr lunch
Salary £17,000pa
