SOLIHULL LOCATION NEAR KNOWLE - CAR DRIVER ESSENTIAL!
A skilled and efficient administrator with exeptional attention to detail and numeracy skills, together with excellent IT and written / verbal communication skills, is required to join an engineering based organisation in the Solihull area.
Daily responsibilities will include contract renewal administration, quote production and collation of documentation to include engineers timesheets for both processing and invoice purposes. You will also take responsibility for collating management information to produce reports.
A quick learner is essential to learn the various administrative processes both paper and IT based, as well a friendly, communicative yet hardworking approach, to join a busy open plan team environment.
You MUST be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and be comfortable learning new systems with ease. This role would suit a competent administrator who is seeking a steady role within client focused administration. You will be organised, able to multi task and work under pressure.
