This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious and technically strong Senior Technical support engineer, Windows server engineer to join independent, expanding IT support services company who specialise in supporting a host of SME type businesses and home users alike.

The successful Senior Technical support engineer, Windows server engineer will have 3 years commercial experience of supporting Microsoft technologies and have an excellent understanding and experience of implementing and supporting all things Microsoft including Windows server 2003 / 2008 and Microsoft Small Business Server 2008 / 2011 and Microsoft Exchange 2010 technologies including excellent knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP to Windows 7).

From the infrastructure perspective the successful Senior Technical support engineer will have a good knowledge of PC and server systems hardware, firewalls, routers and ADSL technologies.

Any MCITP or CCNA (networking) certifications advantageous).

As well as technically supporting the clients both remotely and on site (South and South East England) the successful Senior Technical support engineer, Windows server engineer will have responsibility for a small team of Windows technical support engineers from a management perspective.
