Job Description Senior Qualified Social Worker is required to work on the Safeguarding. Candidates must have relevant post-qualifying experience of undertaking core assessments, managing complex child protection cases and cases before the courts, including preparation of statements, reports, chronologies, care plans and giving verbal evidence. Also, experience of managing care planning processes and completion of paperwork for looked after children, including permanency plans for adoption. Needs to be able to manage a caseload and maintain up to date written and computerised records, cope with stress and prioritise work to meet timescales required. Needs to be able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies.
Role is FULL-TIME. Duration approx 6 months, subject to review. Must be a car-driver.
