Senior Service Director, EMEA & APAC

The Senior Service Director, working closely with the SVP of Kelly OCG Global Operations Management, will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of the service excellence strategy across EMEA and APAC, across all segments of Kelly's service and business lines. This role is based in Neuchatel, Switzerland.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior Service Director will be required to fulfil the following:

• Drive innovation throughout both regions including organizational design, process engineering and process technology integration.
• Direct the analysis of best practice structures and approaches.
• Develop strategy for enhancing the customer, candidate, and supplier experience.
• Responsible for regulatory/employment compliance for the company.
• Manage regional training and testing strategy, including working with HR on change management and leadership development for full time employees.
• Partner with operations on improving productivity, effectiveness, and deployment of new products and services.
• Support the business development, implementation and retention of new and strategic accounts.
• Maximize the adoption of service technologies and processes.
• Manage the deployment of Kelly’s quality management system.
• Support the selection and development of Service staff including regional direct reports and country service managers.
• Lead and/or support successful implementation of new customer programs as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Higher education degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field
• Relevant experience in Service Excellence with increasing responsibility to a senior manager or director level in a multi-national company covering the EMEA and/or APAC region
• Solid experience in the recruitment industry is desirable
• Project management certification, including Lean & Six Sigma - desirable

Skills

• Proven skills in managing multi-country projects and navigating through various cultures and international business protocols
