Job Description
As the Senior Sales you will be fully responsible for identifying, evaluating and developing new and existing business for the company and helping to increase business presence and reputation in Hong Kong. You will have full responsibility for generating new leads and identifying new prospective customer opportunities to target in Hong Kong as well as managing an existing portfolio of accounts. With strong sales methodologies and processes you will be able to identify and target those key companies for new business. Utilising various sales and business development techniques, developing new pipelines and building new relationships will be critical to success in this role. With strong attention to detail and a creative mindset you will be able to offer innovative Logsitics solutions in order to met customer requirements.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will be degree educated and have gained a minimum of 5 years experience within a similar position and have a proven track record in sales & business development. Candidates must have experience within Multinational 3PL/ logistics/freight forwarding companies. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills and be confident in selling SCM, freight forwarding, contract logistics solutions. Candidates will be open minded, able to ‘think outside the box’, have strong commercial awareness and have excellent communication skills. Confident in generating new leads, building long term relationships and able to quickly identify customer needs. Results driven and disciplined. Written and spoken English is essential.
