The Company A busy estate agent based in Southend have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator / Lister. If property is your passion and you are looking for a role to earn uncapped commission and build a successful sales team....Look no further. This is the job for you.
The Role This is an opportunity to make a difference in the property world! You will be consulting vendors on the market and their properties. You will be attending valuations, arranging viewings, ensuring property details are advertised on correctly. Managing a small sales team you will motivate the team to hit targets on a weekly / monthly basis.
The Candidate Previous experience working within Estate Agency is essential. You will have at least 5 years experience. You will have the knowledge of the Southend area and be able to value and sell properties. A full UK driving license will be essential.
The Package
Basic salary is negotiable - Depending on experience but in the region of 17-18k
Uncapped Commission
Working Hours = 8.45am until 6.00pm
