The role of the Senior is to support the Registered Home Manager in providing the best quality childcare in a safe and care focussed environment for the young people. When on shift you will have initial responsibilities for monitoring and supervision of staff and take responsibility for the day to day management, and guidance of colleagues whilst ensuring the welfare and care of the young people.
The successful applicant will hold NVQ level 3, and have a proven background working with children and young people with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties in a residential setting.
