Job Title: Senior Risk Analyst
Location: Leeds
Salary: £32,000 + Bonus and Benefits
This is a high profile role that is ideal for an individual looking to advance their career, providing a breadth of experience few other organisations can offer. The candidate will work with blue chip clients in a variety of industries, undertaking statistical analysis across the full customer management cycle. Responsibilities will include: team management, client development, statistical analysis and product development.
Candidate Profile
- 2 years experience in retail credit risk
- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of statistical software, in particular SAS is essential.
- A self starter, able to work on own initiative, yet contribute and work within a team.
- A good degree (2i) in a numerate discipline, exposure to multivariate analysis techniques such as regression, cluster analysis etc would be desirable. Must have a sound understanding of basic statistics and be able to explain basic statistical terms to non-technical marketers.
- Database creation, maintenance and utilisation
- Ability to formulate and execute appropriate testing and analysis tasks
- Experience dealing with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques
