Day to day responsibilities:
• To take ownership and be accountable for the overall service delivery in the Resourcing Managers absence as laid out in both internal and external (client) SLA’s
• To deal with any service escalation issues (client and internal) and ensure resolution is managed quickly and effectively
• To be solutions focused with ability to implement change to drive efficiency
• To assist the Resourcing Manager in planning all resource requirements and workload in order to ensure service delivery is consistent across the team
• To be highly focused on service and quality delivery by assisting in the performance of team members including:
• Ensuring team carries out its day-to-day duties (as detailed in the relevant job descriptions
• Encouraging and developing the performance of the team by a variety of methods, including role modelling behaviours, mentoring, coaching, knowledge-sharing and more formal training methods where appropriate
• Monitoring team members individual KPI’s, daily work load by providing constructive, specific and concise feedback
• Ensuring the regular and consistent delivery of Group, brand and department messages through a variety of communication methods
• CV Screening
• Resourcing
• Telephone interviewing.
Required Skills
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
• Ability to manage, lead and develop a team within a service delivery environment
• Understanding of core permanent recruitment processes and exposure to managing/handling such processes
• Strong IT skills and able to produce/interpret data
• Confident communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to plan and respond to conflicting deadlines and priorities within a service delivery environment
• Ability to manage time successfully and to be able to multi-task and work to deadlines
• Numerate
• Able to cope with regular interruptions
• Good attention to detail.
This is a hands on role and will suit a candidate who is able to manage and support the business.
