We are looking for experienced senior residential childcare support workers or individuals with experience in caring for or supporting young people aged 11 to 18 years old and managing a team of individuals.

Within this role you will be responsible for supporting and managing a staff team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people. To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate and taking responsibility for planning shifts and ensuring their smooth running when on duty.

Candidates should have at least one years experience at a senior level, have good written and verbal communication skills along with solid IT skills.

You will be provided with excellent training and support, and have access to undertake the Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma within our own NVQ Centre if you do not already hold relevant qualifications.

Excellent progression opportunities are available including a formal Management Development Programme which will lead to the completion of the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, Children & Young People Services.
