BASE £30,000 - £35,000 + TO 40% COMMISSION & BENEFITS

This company was established earlier this Century by 2 Directors with 30 years combined experience in the recruitment markets. Having remained an inspiring independent agency, they have developed hugely successful divisions covering many major areas in the Finance and Banking sector and with ongoing expansion of this division, they are recruiting an experienced Recruitment Consultants for their London office.

Your role will encompass the whole recruitment life cycle; resourcing candidates, generating and securing new business, developing current supply, negotiating fees, and managing the process from interview to placement. You will be able to concentrate on UK or international markets with the ability to decide on the field you want to focus on.
