My clients are an exceptional Recruitment consultancy who specialise in the provision of permanent management to the construction industry. They are now recruiting for a Senior/ Recruitment Consultant to join the team on a warm permanent construction desk. You will have experience of a running a permanent construction management desk and have gained and built relationships in this area and had great success. Sector knowledge is essential as you will need to be confident and credible when in communication with clients and candidates. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a desire to earn recognition both professionally and financially and will work hard to achieve your goals. As a Senior/Recruitment Consultant you will posses excellent communication skills and a strong head for business development, you will be happy working with autonomy and have the self drive and motivation to succeed. Keen to get on the phones and expand the desk into new areas, you will go the extra mile for your clients and candidates and will have an unrelenting attitude. This is a 360 degree recruitment role and as such you will be a consultant who is able to complete the full cycle of requirements. This role will have national coverage and have lots of scope for development and prosperity and the right consultant will achieve great success.
