BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + COMMISSION + BENEFITS

Established for over 25 years, this specialist Recruitment Company has built a reputation as one of the leading Technical Consultancies, supplying to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and allied Process Industries. They work across the UK and internationally, providing unrivalled solutions to companies looking for the highest calibre permanent, temporary and contract candidates within their specialist market. They have experienced ongoing growth and success and as such are looking to employ experienced consultants.

Joining a warm desk you will be taking on the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, generating leads, managing any existing business, as well as liaising with new clients in order to bring them on board and drive sales forward. Covering the Oil & Gas market, your role will be largely candidate driven and you will be making placements across the sector, with high level salaries - given full autonomy to develop your desk, you should be billing at least £150k - £200k pa once established.

To be considered for this role you will need -

• 12 months Recruitment experience within the Technology, Pharmaceutical or Nuclear sector
• Good sector knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• Proven successful billings
• A consistent stable track record in recruitment
• Time management and organisational skills
• To be articulate, professional, determined and confident
