SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - CONSTRUCTION (START UP)

BASE TO £50,000 + BONUS + OTE £90K+

This is a great chance to join a professional Consultancy with plans for rapid growth. They are a privately-owned, cash rich, secure, company who have grown impressively since their inception a few years ago. Continuing to open new locations and expand current teams, they are hiring experienced Managers and Consultants to support this growth, enjoying warm desks while being run by inspirational hands-on Directors.

They need someone to start their office in Wales - it could be Cardiff or Swansea based. You'll obviously need a good knowledge of the Construction Recruitment market - either white or blue collar. All the tools and resources you need are already in place. The back office infrastructure is well tuned, the company has great branding, marketing and the Director's provide excellent support and guidance.

Starting the Wales office, you will work the full recruitment process for the temp supply of Construction staffing solutions. You will be targeted to produce profits as soon as possible and will work with a mix of existing clients to develop and identifying new business to track and win. You are supported by a team of Resourcers to bolster your candidate process as you visit clients, negotiate fees, and build strong relationships for repeat supply. 

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

  • Previous Recruitment experience from a Construction background, ideally in the Mechanical and Engineering sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • To be confident, proactive with savvy and self motivation
  • A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
  • Proven successful billings
  • A consistent stable track record in recruitment
  • Time management and organisational skills
