They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 12 months acturial recruitment experience. This role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to not only develop your career but the scope to gain equity in the company. You will be challenged with building a team around you, winning new business, and will be expected to have genuine influence on the team and company, without the burden of onerous KPIs.
