Job Description
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Project Director in Corporate Development, you will be supervising the design, cost, programming, quality control and construction management of new hotels and/or renovation projects. You might need to manage simultaneously different developmental projects, working with different internal and external parties to ensure compliance to standards, cost, budget, and quality.
Requirements
To be qualified, you should have a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Surveying or construction related disciplines, preferably with relevant professional membership. You should have 15 years of project management experience with regional exposure of multiple luxury portfolios. Solid experience in handling luxury hotel projects or large-scale mixed-use developments is preferred. Frequent travel and excellent English and Chinese skills are required with a remuneration package up to HKD$90,000!
