Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager, you will need to oversee and be responsible for the business and product management of the specific category in HK and Macau. You will have to lead and drive the team in Hong Kong to achieve and excel sales target and profitability of these product categories in all channels, as well as developing sales plan of each product category and assign the sales budget for each channel. Also, you will be responsible for the new product launch plan and provide information on key product features, selling tools and delivery schedule. You will have to coordinate with the teams in setting up prices on new collection which can align with margin requirements from management and meet market needs. Lastly, you will need to collect market intelligence on competitors and consumers trends from local markets and feedback to Headquarters so that competitiveness of the product offerings can be enhanced.
Requirements
• Degree or above in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in sales and product management, a background in outdoor and lifestyle companies will be highly desirable.
• Sales focused and result-oriented with strong analytical / problem-solving abilities.
• Highly accountable and can work independently, highly motivated team player and able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
