Job Description
Responsibilities:
As a Senior PRC Leasing Manager, you will be reporting to the Group Executive Director and overseeing the leasing activities for the companies' portfolios in PRC. You will be assisting and coordinating with the management team & marketing team and involved in strategic planning on analysis of the trade mix pattern and projection. You will lead the negotiation and communication with the core tenants and bring the rental revenue to targeted level.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you are required to have a Bachelor degree in Real Estates or related discipline. You must have at least 12 years of solid experience in retail leasing properties in large shopping malls in PRC. Familiar with current market condition as well as having good and extensive business network with tenants and property agencies in PRC is important. Good common of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
