The Role
You will work as part of a team providing accurate, reliable Pension Administration for members of complex schemes.
You will deputise in the Team Managers absence.
Provide support and guidance to other team members and act as a deputy in the absence of the Team Manager
Manage the performance of individuals to meet business goals adhering to performance review meetings.
Participate in the recruitment process when required.
Organise and motivate the team to achieve the work flow targets.
Perform highly complex pensions calculations, enter pension data and answer highly complex enquiries.
Achievement of volume and quality targets.
Checking activity of the team to make sure that it is meeting set standards.
To be flexible in your approach to meet demands of the business.
Ensure complaints are notified to the Team Manager.
Suggest process improvements to the Team Manager.
Qualifications
Relevant DB or DC Pension Experience
Relevant experience in managing a team
Ability to work in a team
Working towards relevant professional qualification.
