A global leader in pension and benefits outsourcing is recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator to work with their premier clients in a highly professional environment as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working across several occupational Defined Benefit schemes.

Your duties will include:

  • Confidently performing complex pensions calculations and be able to deal with complex enquiries across a wide range of member events
  • Work towards, and achieve service level agreements whilst maintaining quality targets
  • Supporting team members by undertaking necessary checking activities
  • Act as the first point of contact for member communication by letter, email and telephone
  • Highly organised and time efficient
  • Dealing with complaints and escalating where necessary

A QPA/DPC qualification is essential or proven experience in pension’s administration at a senior level. You must be able demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes.
