Senior Merchandiser - Ladieswear

Our client is a leading high street fashion retailer based in the heart of London with an extensive network of stores and concessions across the UK as well as a growing international store portfolio.
This role will be to work on the Ladieswear department, with two direct reports - 1 x Junior Merchandiser and 2 x Assistant Merchandiser reporting directly to the Merchandise Director. This pivotal role for the business as the Senior Merchandiser will drive strategy and trade the department to increase revenue and margin.
Working closely with your Buyer, you will train and develop a team and deal with the day to day running of the department. Strong technical skill and communication skills are a must as you will be analysing and forecasting in-season sales, range planning stock, managing the WSSI and OTB whilst communicating all companies departments.
The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser level for a fast paced fashion forward retailer.
