Job Description
As a Senior Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities to assist in formulating and implementation of sales & marketing strategies and plans for the Retail and commercial property projects in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for the sales & marketing activities of properties, positioning & pricing and marketing campaigns. You are required to develop and manage sales targets, budgets and identify new business opportunities. Conduct market analyses and competitor’s analyses on different property portfolios in Hong Kong and prepare ATL(above the line) and BTL(below the line) marketing and sales materials.
To qualify for this role, you have to be tertiary educated surveying, real estate or business administration related discipline. You will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with proven record in property sales & marketing. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must fluency in Putonghua will be a definite advantage.
