Job Description
Responsibilities:
This position reports to Regional Head and responsible for Implement and improving the quality assurance system for construction and to ensure all activities necessary to design, develop in all the projects in China are effective to achieve more consistent quality and meet customer’ needs. Work closely with Project Management to establish the quality standards. And also keep abreast of and update local by-laws and regulations for all cities in operations. Assist Design Team to meet green and sustainable goal on infrastructure and M&E design.
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in a project QA/QC role with at least 5 years in a similar capacity in China
• Good site experience and yet able to handle documentation work
• Conversant with construction regulations and formalities in China
• Good interpersonal skills and organization abilities
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
