Job Description

For this role, you will be the key point of contact for business management, stakeholders and/ or risk committees on all risk issues and report to senior management of any significant changes to business risks and internal control effectiveness. You will be responsible for providing oversight and co-ordination, presenting a regular updates and reporting on related risk issues, developing and implementing a frame work, policies and procedures to identify and prevent all kinds of risk exposure including operational, fiduciary, credit, legal, market, liquidity, technology, business and strategic and compliance risk etc., You will provide and present an independent advice and guidance on the business acceptance, new product, process change assessments or due diligence etc.

Furthermore, you will maintain and enlarge an awareness of risk management, regulatory, governance and lead corporate implementation of risk management changes to the business and help to ensure that a strong governance culture is embedded within the region.

Requirements:

• Master degree graduate in accounting or finance or business with relevant professional qualification
• Ideal candidate will have at least 15 years working experience in Operational Risk Management on Managerial level within sizable financial initiation with regional exposure
• Hands on experience and solid knowledge of the regulations, guidelines, ordinance by financial services regulators
• Dynamic, self-driven, details minded and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to build relationship with all levels and channels
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willingness to travel when required.
