Senior Negotiator required for a well established market leading Estate Agent expanding into the residential lettings sector, this position will suit competitive business winners with a good all round knowledge of lettings.
In your role as a Senior negotiator you will be involved with all aspects of the business including gaining instructions, carrying out marketing appraisals, take ons and viewings, you will also be expected to deputise for the Lettings Manager and provide the lettings team with direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the residential lettings industry is required, ARLA qualifications preferred although not essential.
£25,000 On Target Earnings. Basic Salary to £18,000 + Excellent Commission Package and Car / Allowance.
