Responsibilities: In your capacity as Senior Negotiator you will be involved with all aspects of the office from gaining instructions, to agreeing new let's and providing the team with leadership, direction and inspiration through your own outstanding ability.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Residential Lettings industry is required, ARLA qualifications although not essential would be advantageous.

Remuneration: £25,000 On Target Earnings. Basic Salary up to £16,000 + Excellent Commission Package + Car / Allowance.
