Job Description
As a Senior Leasing Officer you are responsible for the leasing / marketing of shopping malls, including strategic planning of trade-mix, implementing control of leasing tasks, budget preparation, tenants liaison, tenancy administration and co-ordination on fitting out or renovation works.
To qualify for this role, you have to be tertiary educated in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines with minimum 5 years solid experience in property leasing. Good Command in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must. Proficiency in PC Skills, particularly in MS Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is a must.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager.
