A market leading global FMCG MNC is currently for s Senior Learning & OD Manager for APAC to drive there L&F Talent and OD programmes across the region.
Job Description
Reporting into to the Learning & OD Director based in Hong Kong you will support 2,000 office based staff across APAC managing performance management, identifying high potentials and putting them through development plans, work with external vendors or leadership development and assist the Director with OD initiatives. You will also lead in the implementation of a global internship programme in APAC
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 10+ years in L&D, talent management and OD within a large matrix reporting MNC or from a consulting background. You will have strong influencing skills and credibility to get buy in Director level and above and drive programmes across APAC. With experience in leadership development and talent management you will have used tools such as MBTI and Hogan and ideally have managed internship programmes and have relationships with universities.
