This will be an exciting and fast paced role where the successful insight analyst will be working with massive data sets day in day out to try and maximise the insight you are able to generate.
The outsourcing company itself has been founded by key players in the analytics consulting industry including senior partners of IBM and McKinsey.
The key responsibilities for this position will be:
-Working on data mining activities (SAS and SPSS) alongside the data and marketing teams, working closely with these team to establish the appropriate strategies to be used.
-Managing key stakeholder relationships during the delivery of projects.
-Customer segmentation, targeting and profiling to identify crossell, upsell, acquisition and retention opportunities.
-Developing propensity models on customer churn and updating these regularly in line with customer trends and behaviour.
-Working specifically in SAS EM and SPSS Clementine.
The key skills you will need to have are:
-Strong skills in SPSS Clementine, SAS EM or another similar tool for large scale data mining.
-Experience with statistical modelling in a customer focused analytics role.
-Knowledge of how to develop campaign plans and strategies continuously.
-Proven experience in deriving actionable insight from the data you are analysing.
-Ability to work with business stakeholders and present findings to them in non technical terms.
