Our client based in the North of Birmingham are looking to bring in a Senior HR Officer to work in a stand alone capacity for an interim period (3-6 months).

We are looking a full generalist who is confident dealing with the day day issues that arise in HR.
Duties will include but limited to:-
Grievance & Disciplinaries
Performance Management
Capability issues
Absence Management
Recruitment & Selection
Inductions
HR Administration
Person Specification
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with experience gained within a manufacturing / engineering/ logistics background.
