We are looking a full generalist who is confident dealing with the day day issues that arise in HR.
Duties will include but limited to:- Grievance & Disciplinaries Performance Management Capability issues Absence Management Recruitment & Selection Inductions HR Administration
Person Specification
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with experience gained within a manufacturing / engineering/ logistics background.
