Job Description
Reporting into the VP of HR and managing a team of 3 you will work on an operational and strategic level assisting with the growth of the business. You will partner key stakeholders and lead on recruitment, manpower planning, talent management and reward while coaching your team to deal with D&G, absence and performance management.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be degree educated with 8+ years experience in HR with a least 2 years in a people management role. With experience partnering the business you will be comfortable working on an operational and strategic level leading a HR initiatives and coaching your team on D&G, absence and capability. With strong communication skills and an attention for detail you will looking for a demanding role in a fast paced commercial environment
