Senior Game Mathematics Designer

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Senior Game Mathematics Designer to join a leading Online Gaming provider in Gibraltar. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with Games Producers and report to the Head of Games Production to ensure exciting, compelling games are created. The client is one of Gibraltar´s newest businesses and is committed to developing and providing dynamic, cutting-edge applications to the Online Gaming industry. The Senior Game Mathematics Designer´s responsibilities:

• Creating game designs, specifications, math models, XML control files and par sheets
• Develop and support mathematical outcome generation for online and mobile game types
• Ensure performance of implemented games
• Develop new mathematical concepts and predict probability of success and viability
• Source and manage external math contractors to assist in development, while ensuring their work is monitored and tested according to Odobo´s strict game engine standards
• Develop and support software for simulations and analyse mathematical models, par sheets and probability simulations

The Senior Game Mathematics Designer´s experience and skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience developing math models for gambling games, with experience in either slots, table games or real wager games
• Hold a degree, preferably in mathematics, with probability and statistics
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Basic Programming skills, understanding of software development (be able to read, edit and adapt existing code
• Extremely creative, imaginative and forward-thinking, with excellent communication skills
