Senior Finance Manager/ Finance Director

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Director/ Senior Financial Business Partner. Working as the Corporate Finance Director you will have significant responsibilities for all aspects of finance across all operations and provide strong and focused direction and financial leadership and be instrumental in the formulation and development of working practices that will underpin the decision making process.

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables

• Lead the financial control environment
• Strong commercial and contractual engagement experience
• Drive improvement and efficiencies in all back office processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control and Payroll
• Responsibility for the development of practices within own specialist area that support the company’s broader financial goals.
• This service line role has full P&L responsibility with accountability for unit cost performance and the delivery of results to deadlines.
• Advise and assist in executing the overall corporate strategy
• Formulating, driving and supporting increased efficiencies and effectiveness in processes and operational guidelines, to provide assurance to the business.
• Take the lead on statutory reporting for all legal entities, managing the relationship with the auditors and ensuring a successful annual audit process
• Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process

The successful candidate will be a ‘hands on’ focused qualified accountant with a strong background in finance and ideally have some international accounting experience.
