Senior Finance Analyst

My client is a dynamic service business is now seeking a Senior Finance Analyst within their commercial finance team.

The role will be:
Fully responsible for the commercial understanding of client requirements and accountable to ensure the pricing financial model is accurately recorded;
Involved in the commercial bids and provide support to ensure new proposals are both commercially and financially sound;
Provide support for the invoicing and month end process developing models as and when necessary;
Assisting with commercial finance to provide commercial and financial support including scenario price/cost models;
To produce regular and adhoc reports to assist senior managers to make decisions and participate in best practice;

The successful candidate will have:
A strong academic background, be of graduate calibre and qualified accountant,
Ideally possess a demonstrable track record in understanding finance/business models and finance/business analysis within a commercial environment;
Have a attention to detail and will have advanced excel skills and VBA would be a distinct advantage;
Possess good business acumen, be a good communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills and have the confidence to influence stakeholders and explain complex financial information.

You will gain excellent commercial knowledge and take ownership for the key finance models which underpin the main contact.
