Senior Estimator

On behalf of a respected and highly successful Construction Contractor that operated across several sectors, I am currently looking to Recruit a Senior Estimator.  The ideal candidate will have extensive Design & Build experience and will be able to demonstrate an excellent D&B tender hit-rate within their career history to date.  Reporting into a Director, the postholder will perorm the full Build Estimating role with tender values primarily within the £2-10m range.  Experience tendering for new-build care homes and assisted living schemes would be a distinct advantage, however this is far from essential.  Naturally, familiarity with an Estimating software package is desired, as is the ability to provide innovative Construction solutions through Value Engineering.
