Due to our recent success and winning a new contract an opportunity exists for a talented senior Director to assist in driving our unique proposition forward. This is a multi pivotal position, and the successful candidate should have experience in delivering planned targets and objectives within a fast moving and pressured environment. The Candidate along with the Board will be responsible for the success or failure of the Company. As agreed and directed by the CEO, and the board they will deliver a profitable future in line with planned growth.  To ensure all stated objectives, aims and targets are met in order to achieve the overall Company goals. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and the Board within the framework of the policies that are set and agreed. The Candidate will advise the CEO and Board on all strategic matters and work with all concerned on policy setting, to maximise the Company’s financial performance within a sustainable fiscal structure. The Candidates main duty is to oversee, support and direct the main operation and deliver all strategies as agreed with the CEO, the Board and Shareholders.  Through the Management Team and their subsequent teams support foster excellent relations, both internally and externally with both our clients and their clients. The CEO and the candidate must work in unison to create direction and growth of our Managed Services offering. The CEO decides with the candidate and FD the budgets that are to be set. The Candidate will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, both directly and through the sales team. The Candidate will develop rapport with all of our clients and suppliers as appropriate. Strong, lasting relationships with all suppliers and potential channel partners should be built and maintained. The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the business follows the agreed culture as laid down by the CEO and must lead by example in all areas of agreed strategy. The Candidate must be able to foster team spirit and have strong team building ability through delegation. The Candidate through the management team hires, supports, promotes and leads the team on behalf of the CEO and the Board. The Candidate needs to be the daily face of the business, ensuring smooth running of operations throughout the entire organisation.

The Package:

As this is a totally unique opportunity the salary is market competitive and commensurate with the position, but is also dependent on experience.
