Role Title: Senior Dialler Analyst

Salary: £23,500 - £27, 000 + excellent benefits

What you'll need
Experience in a Dialler / Intraday role
Excellent relationship management, negotiating and influencing skills
The ability to work on your own initiative, to tight deadlines and manage multiple workloads
Demonstrate analytical problem solving and conceptual thinking
Proven track record of driving performance, achieving goals and objectives
Knowledge of Resource Planning process within a financial services organisation
Flexibility to cover business demand/operating hours
