Job Description
As a Senior Customer Service Manager, you will need to plan and develop integrated customer experience strategies to align with the company objective. You will have to manage and oversee the customer services team including front desk and customer services hotline to deliver premium customer services to their customers. You will work closely with the Business Development, IT and Operations teams to establish a system to monitor and analyze customers’ behaviors then workout a total solution plan to enhance customer experience. You also have to evaluate manpower planning and allocation of the team to ensure sufficient supports are provided to their customers.
Person Specification
University degree holder is a must. You will need to have over 10 years relevant experience in retail/service industry in which 5 years in management level. You will need to be detail-minded with excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a sizable team. Fluency in spoken English and Cantonese are a must. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage. Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Customer Service Manager.
