Senior Business Analyst - Financial Services - AW9565

We are currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to help elicit, challenge, define, analyse and document business requirements which will enable the business and IT suppliers to develop and deliver business and IT solutions.

The successful applicant will preferably have experience of Life insurance, pensions and Wrap Platforms although with the right level of seniority and experience this is not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to add value through your existing experience, whilst continuing to develop your career within an experienced and collaborative environment. This role will give you the opportunity to build a professional profile with senior management and stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with project managers, you will be the BA lead of medium/large sized projects across the Business Change & IT function within the life and pensions domain. This will require a track record of delivering across the full SDLC and thorough knowledge of Information Technology and stay informed about new business and software innovations.

Skills and Experience:

• Pro-active in your approach.
• Have the ability to think strategically
• Experience of the full SDLC with experience of end to end Business Analyst work.
• Have sound commercial acumen.
• The ability to effectively and confidently communicate with all areas and levels of the business both technical and non-technical, internal and external.
• Demonstrate a proven background in working within a large organisation.
• experience of Agile methodologies or an awareness of RUP.
• Financial Services experience is not essential but would be a distinct advantage, especially for those with knowledge of Life Insurance, Pensions and WRAP platforms.

Salary up to £45K Basic + Car Allowance and Excellent Benefits
