Senior ATM Engineer

We’re growing. You can too, as an ATM Support Senior Engineer

· A newly created role within Sunwin ATM Services - a growing business, in a growing sector
· Be part of The Co-operative Group, the world’s largest consumer co-operative
· Provide technical support and assistance to clerical, engineering and management resources within ATM Support
· Identify training requirements and proactively produce and deliver training modules in an efficient and effective manner, including creating and providing supporting documentation and instruction guides
· Manage and support engineer technical and customer escalations in order to achieve and maintain SLA’s, including identifying poor performing machines, attending and resolving outstanding ATM faults
· Help plan and support projects
· Provide accurate reporting and monitoring of team services in a timely manner and to take actions to improve performance, where identified

To be successful in this role you’ll need to …

· Have proven 2nd line ATM engineering experience.
· Be a strong communicator, with good interpersonal skills.
· Be proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
· Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
· Be flexible with working times
· Have the skills to delivery training in field and classroom environments
· Be analytical with good planning skills
· Excellent time and project management abilities
· A full Driving License holder
