Job Description
As a Senior Manager, Projects, you will have to be responsible for overseeing the project management of current developments that takes place in China. This includes to manage and monitor design consultants or institutes to prepare design documents as well as to ensure they meet the government requirements and practical for project execution. You will also need to provide technical support to the construction team. The incumbent will have a broad exposure to different aspects of business in China and get involved in various stages of project development.
Person Specification
The incumbent must be a degree holder in structural engineering or relevant discipline with professional qualification in structural engineering with minimum 15 years of related experience in a sizable property developer and consultancy firms. Prefer to have experience in high rise building with steel structural design and PRC. Well-versed in related local law and regulation. Good command of Chinese and English is a must.
