Senior Administrator / HR Administrator 6 month contract

A successful business based in Borehamwood are looking to recruit a temporary Administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

The role will be supporting the MD’s PA in an administration capacity. The role will involve all aspects of admin and PA duties, as well as some HR Administration and assistance with recruitment.

Main Duties will include:

  • Providing full administrative support to Managers
  • Managing diaries
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Writing up correspondence
  • Attending meetings
  • Typing up minutes
  • Creating presentations on PowerPoint
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Processing invoices
  • Booking transport for staff
  • Booking hotels for staff
  • Assisting with applications for live jobs
  • Sending out HR correspondence
  • Assisting with the control of sickness levels, absence and timesheets.

Key Skills:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in taking minutes
  • Some HR administration experience

This role would be perfect for someone with lots of previous experience in the areas that have been mentioned - which enabled someone to come in and really hit the ground running.
