We are seeking a senior acoustics consultant to work for a global multidisciplinary consultancy to be based in the East Midlands.
You must hold an acoustics degree or IOA diploma, have membership of the Institute of Acoustics and have at least 5 years commercial experience in the acoustics market.
Duties will include-
*Undertaking environmental acoustics and building projects.
*Acoustic design input into a variety or projects.
*Both environmental and building acoustics surveys.
*Acoustic modelling.
*Report writing.
Other requirements for role are-
*Experience of using modelling software packages such as Insul and Odeon.
*Ability to work to tight deadlines.
*Able to connect effectively with a wide range of people.
*Possessing great attention to detail, excellent organisational skills.
*Previous project management experience.
*Full driving licence.
