My client, a successful Dubai based recruitment agency, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. The role will be based in Dubai, however my client is interviewing for this role in the UK.
The role will involve implementing and delivering the service and commercial strategy for each client, building relationships with key decision makers and developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. My client works with all the key companies in Dubai, with contract rates ranging from between $500 and $2000 a day. You will inherit a book of Temps on a HOT desk and Consultants work on 20 - 25% margins so you will earn well.
The ideal candidate will have between 2 - 10 years of recruitment and account management experience from domains such as: IT, Banking, Retail and Sales. The role will deal exclusively with contract/temp positions and therefore it is essential that you have experience of recruiting in this market.
On offer is a generous tax-free base salary, a lucrative commission structure and a benefits package which includes one month of paid leave, a yearly return ticket to the UK and Medical Insurance.
