Randstad education are recruiting for a small independent School in Heanor . We are looking for qualified or newly qualified teachers to join the team at the small independent special school which caters for young people between the ages of 11 to 16 with EBD. Full time post is available and we would welcome applications from individuals who are able to deliver more than one subject area.You will need to have recent experience supporting learners with EBD.
A good understanding of curriculum developments at Key Stage 3 and 4 with the ability to use a range of teaching and learning strategies and a subject knowledge sufficient to challenge able students and achieve high outcomes.Use relevant technology to support instruction observe and evaluate student's performance and development and assign and grade class work, homework, tests and assignments and provide appropriate feedback on work.
