Job Description
Due to continued growth of the company, they are seeking to appoint an additional member to their Financial Services Team to cover the Derby/Nottingham areas.
My client are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide quality advice and guidance to customers in their homes whilst continuing to develop relationships with our house builder clients.
You will posses a proven track record of at least 1 year as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser ideally within the New Build or Estate Agency industry.
They will offer a retainer of £20,000 and a very strong commission structure
Person Specification
The role enables the right candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to maximise their earning opportunity, as all appointments are pre-qualified and are only booked for the Adviser once the customer has reserved their new home and can proceed.
You will need to have Full CeMAP or equivalent qualifications in Mortgage Advice in order to be considered for this role.
