Our Client based in the Dorset area is currently looking to recruit a Secretary to join their busy office.

Your main duties will include

To help deal with telephone calls when other secretaries are not available and to ensure all messages are passed on as quickly as possible.

Maintain diaries and correspondence and all appointments with Clients are booked in and noted.

General office filing ensuring each file is clearly labelled with client info to be actioned daily.

Updating information on the computer database of all client matters as and when necessary.

Typing of correspondence both audio and copy

Salary - £15,000 - £18,000 (depending on experience)

To be successful in this role you will have previously worked in a similar role, be happy communicating with staff and professionals and have the ability to work well under pressure using your initiative at all times.
